摘要  基于新工科背景与“中国制造2025”重大战略,本文分别对新工科的人才需求和智能制造对人才的需求进行研究,并探索了两者各自的人才培养模式。以新工科人才培养模式与智能制造人才培养模式作为对象,进行分析比对,总结两者在人才需求上的异同点,并对两者共同适用的人才培养模式进行探索。Abstract  Based on the background of Emerging 

Abstract Engineering Education and the major strategy of “Made in China 2025”, this paper studies the demand for talents in Emerging Engineering Education and the demand for talents in intelligent manufacturing, and explores their respective talent training models. Through the analysis and comparison of the emerging engineering education talent training mode and the intelligent manufacturing talent training mode, this paper summarizes the similarities and differences between them in terms of talent demand and explores the talent training mode that they both advocate.
