摘要  从本科生的学习心理特点出发,结合管理学科基本属性对当前教学方式进行分析,对教学结构、教学呈现和教学评价等维度进行创新研究,提出基于本科生学习心理特点的管理学科教学模式优化方案。最后,以《运营管理》课程为例进行教学模式优化研究。

Abstract  Starting from the characteristics of undergraduates’ learning psychology and combining with the basic attributes of management discipline, this paper analyzes the current teaching mode, innovatively studies the teaching structure, teaching presentation, teaching evaluation and other dimensions, and puts forward an optimization plan of teaching mode of management discipline based on the characteristics of undergraduates’ learning psychology. Finally, take the ‘operation management’ as an example to optimize the teaching model.
